This Privacy Policy explains how Zorvane Group LLC, trading as P-LOUISE ("we", "us", "our"), collects, uses and protects your personal data when you visit or make a purchase from our store. We are the data controller for your personal data and we process it in line with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

  • Order data: products purchased, order history, and communications with us.
  • Payment data: payments are processed securely by our payment providers. We do not store your full card details.

2. How we use your data and our legal bases

  • To process and deliver your orders, handle returns and provide customer support (performance of a contract).
  • To prevent fraud and keep our store secure (legitimate interests).

Our company is based in the United States and some of our service providers process data outside the UK. Where data is transferred outside the UK, we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum, standard contractual clauses or adequacy regulations.

We keep order and transaction records for as long as required for legal, tax and accounting purposes (usually up to 6 years). Other data is kept only as long as needed for the purposes described above.

8. Children

Our store is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.
