By visiting our store or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

2. Eligibility

By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Products

We make every effort to display our products, colours and descriptions accurately. However, colours may vary depending on your screen, and shades may look different on different skin tones. Please read the ingredient list before use. We recommend a patch test before using any new cosmetic product. Stop using a product and seek medical advice if irritation occurs.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are shown at checkout in the currency displayed, together with any applicable taxes and shipping costs. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase through the payment methods offered at checkout.

5. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you a dispatch confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable, there is a pricing error, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order after payment, we will issue a full refund.

All content on this website, including text, images, logos and design, belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied or used without our written permission.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

Our store uses third-party services, such as payment processors and carriers. Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States. If you are a consumer living in the United Kingdom, you will still benefit from any mandatory protections of UK consumer law, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of the part of the UK where you live.
