Rumour Eyeshadow Primer Base

An eyeshadow primer base that grips colour and holds it in place. Smooth a little over the lid before shadow and your pigments look brighter, blend more easily and stay put through a long day.

• Choose a shade near your skin tone to even out the lid, or a bolder one to push colour further
• Available in 15ml and 30ml
• Creamy to apply, then dries down to a smooth, grippy base
• Doubles up for cutting a crease and carving brows

How to use: Apply a thin layer to the lid with a brush or fingertip and blend it out before it sets. For a cut crease or to tidy brows, use a small flat brush and build the product up slowly.
